NORBELL-ZENITHOZ CALL CENTRE IN LUCKNOW
Norbell-Zenithoz, a renowned name in the It industry is opening its call centre on 1st of June 2004. This call
centre will provide consultancy to the customers through telemarketing. This will be an outbound call centre.
Mr. Ashish Mishra - M.D., Norbell Zenithoz told that one of the reason to open the call centre in Lucknow is
to provide job opportunities to the local youths. This is the first call centre in the entire state. He also
told that the company along with its four partner companies and three hundred employees will provide business
services around the globe. The aim of the company will also be to provide IT consultancy services and other IT
related services. It is a multi purpose network.
