CALL CENTRE TO HELP BUILDING BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN INDIA AND AUSTRALIA
Now trade and business systems with Australia would be quite easy. This would be possible by the establishing
of international call center through “Tele business”. This call center will be establish in Nirala Nagar area
of Lucknow.
The operations would be managed by a company named Norbell. Deepak Baghel, who is M.D. of this company gave
this information to the reporters in the press conference. He said that initially the business would be
started with Australia and later on we would join hands with England also. He said that Norbell is a Canadian
based company which would be operational with four other companies. This company is involve in IT consultancy
and telecoms. The company’s CEO, Mr. Ashutosh Soti said that Mr. Deepak Baghel is experienced in the call
center industry. He has helped in setting up and managing call center like Purolator, Nova, Teletech etc. This
call center will start as a 10 seated call center. Mr. Ashutosh Soti said that his aim is to build a network as
Zenithoz. He also told that the call center will operate on voice over IP over the internet.
